Job Description
Our District Manager Internship at Aldi provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience. You will work closely with district managers, learning the ins and outs of running multi-million dollar businesses in the food retail industry. Successful completion may lead to a full-time role post-graduation.
This role covers Central & Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Shadow store managers to understand store operations and prepare presentations.
- Learn about customer satisfaction, store policies, hiring, inventory, and more.
- Assist in creating excellent store conditions and improving stock efficiency.
- Participate in team development, training, and meetings.
Education and Experience
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
