Director of Contracts and Grants

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Director of Contracts and Grants to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all pre and post contract award administration activities, managing contract life-cycles, ensuring financial compliance, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. This leadership position requires strong financial acumen, effective communication, and the ability to lead cross-departmental teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to contract bids, negotiations, and proposals.
• Manage the full contract life-cycle for MOUs and sub-contracts.
• Ensure timely financial reporting to funders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track and allocate funds effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, grants, and contract management.
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong data analytics skills and knowledge of financial reporting principles.
