We are excited to announce an opening for a Diesel Mechanic at First Student, the leading school transportation provider in North America. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on school buses.
- Diagnose and fix various vehicle and equipment issues including brakes, suspensions, and drivetrains.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders and assist with emergency services.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with willingness to obtain CDL while employed.
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or technical education.
- Own a mechanic's tool set and willing to participate in ASE certification.
- Must pass a drug test.
