Job Description
Foundever is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Inbound Calls Only) for the Morristown, TN location. As the first point of contact for clients, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle inbound calls, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
