Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing. Working closely with property owners and managers, you will develop cost estimates for restoration and renovation services. The role involves overseeing sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & Collections, business development activities, estimating proficiency, customer satisfaction, and internal team coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in restoration or construction
• Construction estimating experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate preferred
• Strong communication skills and project management knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
