Charge Nurse - Webb Adult Clinic

Job Description

We are seeking a Charge Nurse for the Webb Adult Clinic at Denver Health. In this role, you will supervise clinical personnel, provide patient care, and serve as a resource for the ambulatory care team. The Charge Nurse adheres to professional nursing standards and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and safety. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and administer medication while maintaining Denver Health's high standards of care and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and provide guidance to clinical staff.
• Assess patient needs and provide education on health and disease prevention.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medication, document patient information, and reassess treatment as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of professional nursing experience in a patient care setting.
• RN-Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in EHR and basic Office Suite skills preferred.
