Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene support and assist individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served, facilitating community participation and supporting their developmental goals.
• Support individuals with budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and activities they enjoy.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, adaptability, teamwork, and time management.
• Behaviors: Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
