Job Description
Centria Autism, the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a center-based position. Join our dedicated team in supporting individuals with various needs by coordinating and providing ABA Therapy, behavior analysis, and adaptive life skills. This leadership role involves developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, and ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention for optimal outcomes.
- Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engage parents in ABA therapy to enhance client outcomes.
- Develop individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles.
- Attend corporate meetings and provide supervision for staff certification.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in behavior analysis and ABA Therapy.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- $82,000 - $90,000 per year plus a $10,000 signing bonus.
