We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. Our Emergency Department sees over 60,000 patients annually and is dedicated to providing high-quality care for various illnesses and injuries. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure excellent service delivery in alignment with the hospital's mission, vision, and nursing department's philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for resource coordination.
- Assess patient status and implement nursing interventions.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Bachelor's in Nursing, National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR Certification.
