Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating resources and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for resource coordination to maintain quality service standards.
- Lead and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status accurately and implement necessary clinical interventions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education; Bachelor's in Nursing and National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and current American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 pm - 3:30 am) at the Emergency Department.
