Assistant Community Manager - Edgewater

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading real estate developer and manager, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their team in Edgewater. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager with property management tasks, resident relations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing apartments, processing applications, and conducting property tours.
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs, conduct unit inspections, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Collect and process rent payments, maintain accurate resident account records, and prepare financial reports.
• Plan and execute resident events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and property management policies.
• Maintain resident and vendor files accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and represent the company positively at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in business preferred.
• Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, sales, and multi-family housing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and property management software (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, etc.).
• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
• Customer service-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
