Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager specializing in Web and Digital Marketing to join our leading global brand client in athletic footwear and lifestyle fashion. As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing the online presence of our client. This role will be based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into site experience data to provide practical insights for site optimization, customer journey enhancement, and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.
  • Ensure accurate website reporting and tagging for the brand's North America and Western Europe platforms.
  • Collaborate with Testing & Site Optimization teams for in-depth testing analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and quality check data for ad hoc and ongoing processes.
  • Integrate insights into the planning process and enhance ongoing reporting for business monitoring.
  • Empower the business with self-service reporting repositories and best data-pulling practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology or quantitative field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and site optimization roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and emerging channels like paid search and social.
  • Experience with tag management tools and CDP/DMP platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
