Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join Civista Wealth Management at Civista Bank. As part of our team, you will provide vital administrative support to the Financial Advisors and Management Team, contributing to the growth and success of Civista Bank. Your role will involve assisting in establishing new relationships, maintaining client interactions, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Consultants and Civista Wealth Management clients on a daily basis.
  • Conduct monthly audits of accounts to meet compliance regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing personal development to stay abreast of current initiatives.
  • Execute additional tasks and duties as needed to support the team's objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to focus on computer screens and reports.
  • Capacity to concentrate in distracting work environments.
  • Professional communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training.
